Favoring HTC, Judge Finds Wireless Patents Unenforceable

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 2:58 PM ET) -- An Illinois federal judge found Thursday that Intellect Wireless Inc. made false statements to a patent examiner that rendered unenforceable two wireless messaging patents it accused HTC Corp. of infringing, and dismissed the patent holding company's lawsuit.
