Usher, Universal Get 'Caught Up' In Copyright Action

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 7:39 PM ET) -- Three would-be music superstars smacked hip-hop virtuoso Usher, Universal Music Group Inc., Arista Records Inc. and others with a copyright suit in Illinois federal court on Friday, alleging the record companies and Usher ripped off their material for Usher’s hit single “Caught Up.”
