Apple Says Motorola FRAND Dispute Belongs In Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (February 08, 2013, 4:57 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. said Thursday the Federal Circuit has jurisdiction over the company's antitrust and breach of contract claims related to Motorola Mobility LLC's licensing of essential wireless patents, arguing that at least part of the dispute arose under federal patent law.
