Law360, New York (December 03, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- CDW Corp., one of the defendants tied into Mass Engineered Design Inc.’s suit over a patent for multi-screen display units, is trying to shift any blame of infringement onto a group of 13 merchants.
CDW filed a third-party complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Friday, asserting that the merchants should be held liable for the alleged infringement because they made and distributed the multi-display stands at issue in the dispute.
