Law360, New York (February 01, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Patent-holding company ESN LLC has refiled a patent lawsuit against Cisco Systems Inc. and its subsidiary Cisco-Linksys LLC, a few months after dropping an identical suit over voice over Internet protocol technology.
The suit, filed Thursday in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas by Connecticut-based ESN, alleges Cisco has infringed on U.S. Patent Number 7,283,519 by selling products that include numerous router models and IP telephone systems.
