Law360, New York (February 08, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A lawsuit filed by Schering Corp.against generics maker Anchen Pharmaceuticals Inc. in California has been added to multidistrict litigation in New Jersey concerning the $722 million annual market for Schering's seasonal allergy treatment Clarinex.
The case against Anchen, originally filed on Nov. 30, 2007, appeared on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey's docket on Thursday.
