Law360, New York (August 06, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A long-running patent suit brought by Tessera Inc. against several semiconductor manufacturers will be stayed pending the outcome of two related cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission, a judge has ruled.
Part of the case had already been stayed pending the outcome of a different ITC action, but Judge Claudia Wilken of U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California decided Tuesday to stay the case against several other defendants that are not part of the other ITC case.
