Britannica Asks To Renew Search Systems Patent Suit

Law360, New York (October 13, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Encyclopedia Britannica Inc. has asked a federal court to amend its final judgment in a long-running suit over two patents for multimedia search systems to allow the publisher to continue with its infringement claims on one of the patents.
