TouchTunes Wins Summary Judgment Vs. Ecast

Law360, New York (January 09, 2004, 12:00 AM ET) -- TouchTunes won a summary judgment ruling against Ecast in an ongoing legal battle between the two providers of digital jukeboxes.

Both companies make jukeboxes that take coins or credit cards to play music from an internal hard drive or over an internet connection, giving customers the choice between thousands of songs.
