Law360, New York (November 20, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Sprint Nextel Corp. and Sanyo North America Corp. have been hit with a lawsuit alleging that they infringed a patent for a personal security system with a hand-held unit through the sale of their cell phones.
The complaint was filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia by Dicam Inc., a company that has brought suits against a number of phone makers.
