Law360, New York (December 09, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has denied Girafa.com's motion for a preliminary injunction in a lawsuit accusing several e-commerce companies, including Yahoo Inc. and Amazon.com Inc., of infringing its patent for providing thumbnail images in Web searches.
In denying the motion Tuesday, Judge Sue L. Robinson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware wrote that the plaintiff failed to demonstrate a likelihood of success on the merits.
