Law360, New York (February 09, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Cisco Systems Inc. has hit back at German telecommunications developer Teles AG Informationstechnologien, claiming that Teles' newly issued patent related to the transmission of telecommunications data online is invalid, unenforceable and not infringed by any of Cisco's products.
