AP, Artist Wrangle Over Obama 'Hope' Image

Law360, New York (March 11, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The Associated Press has hit back in a copyright suit brought by the artist behind the iconic Obama “Hope” image, saying the artist was “fully aware” the inspirational AP photo was copyrighted and that he is “profiting handsomely.”
