Law360, New York (April 13, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has upheld a ruling finding that Vizio Inc. and 10 other companies infringe a Funai Corp. patent for digital television receivers and issued orders barring their products.
In a final decision issued Friday, the full commission upheld an administrative law judge's determination that the respondents induced infringement of U.S. Patent Number 6,115,074, one of two patents-at-issue in the case.
