Warner Chilcott Sues Mylan Again Over Doryx ANDA

Law360, New York (May 05, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Warner Chilcott Ltd. has filed another patent infringement suit against Mylan Inc. to stop the generic-drug maker from producing its own version of the oral antibiotic Doryx, which is used to treat acne.

The complaint, filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, claims Mylan's plans to make a generic Doryx in 150 mg delayed-release tablets infringes Warner Chilcott's patent for the drug.
