NJ Judge Reprimanded For Getting Cozy With Prosecution

Law360, New York (July 12, 2013, 5:13 PM ET) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Thursday publicly reprimanded a municipal court judge who, according to a judiciary ethics panel, was on overly cozy terms with the prosecution and critiqued a defense counsel's case during an improper sidebar conversation without that attorney.
