Fla. Judge Fights State Panel's Ethics Charges

Law360, Miami (September 30, 2013, 6:30 PM ET) -- A Florida judge under investigation by the state's Judicial Qualifications Commission over her involvement as an attorney in a $14.5 million settlement with an insurer said Thursday that the panel lacks jurisdiction to bring the charges against her.
