Convicted Pa. Justice Looks To Stall Signed Apology Photos

Law360, Philadelphia (October 03, 2013, 5:46 PM ET) -- Joan Orie Melvin, the disgraced former justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court convicted in February on corruption charges, may see her court-ordered apology tour delayed after a state appeals court agreed Wednesday to consider a defense motion seeking to have a portion of her sentence stayed.
