Law360, New York (February 26, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- LeClairRyan and Wright Robinson Osthimer & Tatum announced Tuesday that they are merging, bringing Wright Robinson's successful trial-management and e-discovery practice to a new home.
Wright Robinson's 50 attorneys will join LeClairRyan, which will remain the name of the merged firm, according to a statement by the firms.
The completion of the merger, scheduled for the end of March, will result in a firm with over 270 attorneys and 20 offices around the country.
