More Firms Get Serious About Keeping GCs Happy

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 1:26 PM ET) -- The number of law firms that Fortune 1000 clients say offer excellent client service grew by 9.8 percent over the past year, a sign that firms with broader services are separating themselves from the competition, according to a new survey of corporate counsel.

Despite a down market, more law firms have provided excellent client service in 2013 than in 2012, according to the 2014 BTI Client Services A-Team report, published by The BTI Consulting Group in Wellesley, Mass.
