Law360, New York (December 15, 2009, 4:15 PM ET) -- Blood processing technology company Haemonetics Corp. has accused competitor Fenwal Inc. of continuing to violate a patent for a blood separation system in spite of an earlier court order.
Haemonetics filed its complaint Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, accusing Fenwal of persisting in willfully infringing a patent for a compact blood separation centrifuge.
