Calif. Panel Approves Bill To Exclude OT From Fixed Salaries

Law360, San Diego (June 13, 2012, 10:33 PM ET) -- A California committee on Wednesday passed legislation seeking to overturn a state appeals court's decision allowing for overtime hours to be included in fixed salary agreements between nonexempt workers and employers — a ruling bill supporters claim has mucked up state labor law.
