Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 10:48 PM ET) -- Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP lost nearly $500,000 in funds from its Wells Fargo Bank NA account after a man posing as an attorney for the law firm requested the fund transfers through a jewelry industry payment firm, according to Tuesday news reports.
Wells Fargo filed a complaint in New York federal court against JPMorgan Chase Bank NA to cover it for the lost $495,000 in funds belonging to Boies Schiller, which is not named in the suit, according to a Reuters report.
