$20M Deal Over Facebook 'Like' Ads Rejected By Judge

Law360, New York (August 17, 2012, 10:37 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday rejected a proposed $20 million class settlement over Facebook Inc.'s alleged nonconsensual use of users' pictures in ads, and expressed concerns over the $10 million in attorneys' fees and the lack of direct monetary relief to class members.
