NJ Panel Approves Social Media Privacy Bill For Workers

Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 4:35 PM ET) -- A New Jersey Senate committee on Thursday advanced legislation prohibiting employers from forcing job candidates or current workers to provide their login information for social networking sites like Facebook, despite concerns that the measure could increase legal costs for businesses.
