Law360, New York (January 22, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Mesaba Aviation Inc. is seeking the green light to auction off a $145 million claim it holds against Northwest Airlines Corp. regardless of whether the bankrupt carrier’s planned sale to Northwest goes through.
