Law360, New York (June 22, 2011, 3:25 PM ET) -- DLA Piper said Wednesday it had hired a veteran finance and securities attorney from Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP as a partner in its New York office to further bolster its corporate practice.
Michael J. Macaluso, formerly an international business and finance partner with Morgan Lewis, will continue to focus on complex and international corporate finance transactions with DLA Piper, according to the firm. He has previously handled several billion-dollar deals and regularly serves as treasury counsel and outside general counsel for clients, DLA Piper said....
