Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 4:15 PM ET) -- San Jose, Calif.-based Adobe Systems Inc. said Monday it had acquired electronic signature company EchoSign, whose services will be integrated into Adobe's document exchange platform.
The companies are not disclosing terms of the transaction, according to an Adobe spokeswoman.
