N.J. Plaintiffs Seek Tyco Documents

Law360, New York (August 06, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- After a judge dismissed many of their counts against the company in June, New Jersey-based plaintiffs suing Tyco International for securities fraud are continuing their effort to stay the case by joining an earlier motion to force Tyco to hand over contested documents.
