Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 7:23 PM ET) -- Ukrainian real estate developer KDD Group NV has agreed to sell its interest in a Kiev project group to New York-based investment firm Cimbrorum Holdings LLC for more than $202 million, KDD Group said Wednesday.
The Kiev-based real estate firm said that it had agreed to sell 100 percent of Taccadero Trading Ltd., the owner of the Ukrainian Project Co., to Cimbrorum. If the sale does not go through, KDD Group will likely be forced into bankruptcy or some other insolvency proceedings, the firm said. ...
