UK Minister To Reconsider Criminal Antitrust Changes

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 12:00 AM ET) -- A U.K. minister agreed Tuesday to re-examine a controversial proposal to lower the bar for prosecuting criminal antitrust cases, but emphasized that the government believes its proposal to remove the so-called dishonesty requirement is the best way to boost criminal enforcement.
