McDermott Will Appeal Fee Cut In St. Vincent Case

Law360, New York (November 07, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- McDermott, Will & Emery LLP is raising its fists against a Manhattan bankruptcy judge's decision to slash the fees the firm requested in Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers' Chapter 11 case.

The Chicago law firm notified the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Tuesday that it intends to appeal Bankruptcy Judge Adlai S. Hardin Jr.'s ruling in August.
