Law360, New York (January 22, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A French court has reportedly ruled that Gaz de France SA's union representatives need more information before the utility company's planned merger with Suez SA can go through.
The court, located in Paris, barred Gaz de France from making any decision relating to the deal until its workers have a chance to express their opinion, the Associated Press reported.
Though GdF still hopes to complete the merger during the first half of this year, the court's decision could delay the final outcome, according to the AP....
