National Envelope’s $68M DIP Loan, Lender Deal Get OK

Law360, Wilmington (July 19, 2013, 8:43 PM ET) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge gave the nod Friday to both a global settlement between private equity-owned NE Opco Inc., which does business as National Envelope, and some of its lenders, as well as the $67.5 million debtor-in-possession loan for which the agreement paves the way.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher S. Sontchi said he was satisfied the evidence pointed to a greater likelihood than not that the settlement terms will allow certain administrative claims to be paid in full.
