Paul Hastings Grabs Former FTC Official

U.S. Federal Trade Commission official to its Washington, D.C., office.

James “Hart” Holden joined Paul Hastings from Clifford Chance, where he headed the U.S. regulatory antitrust practice. Holden also spent 15 years at the Federal Trade Commission, where he rose to the position of deputy assistant director for the Competition Bureau.
