Two More Cos. Sue Lehman Seeking Assets

Law360, New York (October 24, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The trickle of lawsuits against Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. picked up on Thursday as a Cayman Islands-based holding company and a U.S. bank each sued the bankrupt investment giant's special financing unit seeking to collect millions in assets.

Cayman Islands-based Sola Ltd. filed an action to recover $3 million it says was "inadvertently transferred" to a Lehman Brothers Special Financing Inc. account held at JPMorgan Chase Bank.
