Law360, New York (February 20, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has reportedly subpoenaed Kenneth Lewis, the chairman and chief executive of Bank of America NA, as part of a probe into whether the bank withheld information about Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. from investors.
Citing unnamed sources, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday that Cuomo subpoenaed Lewis last week.
