Law360, New York (July 28, 2009, 9:43 PM ET) -- An Indiana trial court has issued a $42.4 million ruling against the state of Indiana in a 16-year-old class action brought by state workers who claim that for 20 years they were required to work 40-hour weeks even though workers in the same positions worked fewer hours for the same pay.
