Minn. Faults Engineering Firm For Bridge Collapse

Law360, New York (July 31, 2009, 5:21 PM ET) -- The state of Minnesota has brought a breach of contract and negligence lawsuit against the San Francisco-based engineering firm in charge of inspecting the Interstate 35W Bridge in Minneapolis that collapsed and killed more than a dozen people two years ago.
