Bid To Make Polaris Face New ATV Liability Trial Fails

Law360, New York (August 28, 2009, 5:54 PM ET) -- A judge has refused a request for a new trial or judgment as a matter of law following a jury's verdict that Polaris Industries Inc. wasn't liable for the injuries a man sustained when an all-terrain vehicle hauling a mounted spray tank rolled.
