Visteon Seeks Approval Of $1.4M Carbone Settlement

Law360, New York (September 18, 2009, 7:34 PM ET) -- Visteon Corp. has asked a bankruptcy judge to approve a $1.4 million settlement in its antitrust dispute over unfair competition in the electrical carbon products industry with Le Carbone Lorraine SP, a carbon and graphite cartel member that has pled guilty to price-fixing charges levied by U.S., European and Canadian officials.
