Judge OKs Preservation Of Cessna Crash Evidence

Law360, New York (September 29, 2009, 2:04 PM ET) -- A federal judge has signed off on a stipulation that will ensure the preservation of aircraft wreckage being used as evidence in multidistrict product liability litigation over six crashes involving planes manufactured by Cessna Aircraft Co.

The agreement, approved Sept. 28 by Judge Kathryn Vratil of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, relates to evidence in one of the cases that was transferred from the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington to become a part of the MDL in June...
