Law360, New York (October 06, 2009, 5:07 PM ET) -- A federal judge has scrapped half of a putative class action brought by a group of former SC Johnson & Sons Inc. employees who accused the household cleaning supplies company of violating the Employee Retirement Income Security Act by underpaying lump sum payments and reducing accrued benefits through alterations of its employee benefits plans.
