Damage Claims OK'd In Ford Cruise Control Switch MDL

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 7:22 PM ET) -- A federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation accusing Ford Motor Co. of knowingly installing a faulty cruise control switch that eventually led to millions of vehicle recalls has clarified a previous order that dismissed several claims related to damages sustained from the defect.
