Steel Co. Seeks $11.4M In Insurance Spat

Law360, New York (December 07, 2009, 7:13 PM ET) -- Following a favorable summary judgment ruling, Indiana-based steel company Ispat Inland Inc. said Monday that insurance underwriter Kemper Environmental Ltd. should pay it more than $11.4 million in a breach of contract dispute.

Ispat Inland submitted its application for damages in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York after winning summary judgment in its suit seeking insurance coverage for an environmental settlement.
