Law360, New York (December 11, 2009, 5:18 PM ET) -- Six Flags Inc. inched a step closer to emerging from Chapter 11 on Friday, with a bankruptcy judge reportedly signing off on the beleaguered amusement park operator's disclosure statement.
Judge Christopher S. Sontchi of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware gave his stamp of approval to the plan at a hearing during which oral arguments were also presented on the scheduling of the confirmation hearing, Reuters reported Friday.
