Law360, New York (January 11, 2010, 5:54 PM ET) -- When determining jurisdiction for a class action, limited liability corporations count as citizens of the state where they primarily do business, not merely where they are organized or where their members are citizens, a federal appeals court has ruled in a putative class action against a group of South Carolina payday lenders.
