Zurich Insurer Seeks Dismissal From Family Feud

Law360, New York (January 14, 2010, 6:10 PM ET) -- An insurance subsidiary of Zurich Financial Services Ltd. is seeking a declaration that it has no duty to indemnify J&D Implement Inc., a John Deere dealership that was recently ordered to pay more than $20 million in a nasty dispute that pitted a sister against her two brothers.
