Law360, New York (January 20, 2010, 5:31 PM ET) -- The former chief operating officer of the Troubled Asset Relief Program has joined Cozen O'Connor as member in the firm's Washington office, where he will advise clients on a variety of matters involving the federal government.
Howard Schweitzer was appointed interim COO of TARP in October 2008. His role at TARP involved executing the program's initiatives and building its infrastructure. He also acted as a key point person on the financial crisis during the presidential transition.
