Law360, New York (May 12, 2004, 12:00 AM ET) -- Philadelphia-based intellectual property boutique Caesar, Rivise, Bernstein, Cohen & Pokotilow has named three of its partners as shareholders of the firm.
The firm appointed James J. Kozuch, Eric S. Marzluf, and Robert S. Silver as shareholders, it said in a statement.
Kozuch joined the firm in 1998 and focuses his practice on litigation, client counseling and patent prosecution in the fields of mechanical engineering and business methods.
